Job Overview: The Facility Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing quality control systems and processes in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes in manufacturing.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections.
- Optimize space utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and information to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and coaching.
- Manage administrative processes and operations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
- Schedule property-related maintenance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management (civil engineering preferred) or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
