Today, we are recruiting for a Customer Services Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. - Manage the full maintenance project "Metro Riyad Line 1 and 2" in close cooperation with other business units and for the technical and economic implementation (planning, management, support and control) with up to 400 employees.
- Coordinate the complex project execution, be the first-in-line authority for all contractual matters for our customers and end-customer, negotiate with national and international contractual partners and ensure that the project goals defined with the customer and project participants are achieved.
- Bear operational responsibility in both technical and commercial terms and represent the project in all decision-making bodies, both internally and externally.
- Prepare offers within the scope of the project business and be responsible for their commissioning by the customer and the consistent implementation and clarification of tasks with internal and external partners.
- Ensure full compliance with defined processes on project controlling and reporting.
- Manage a safe & efficient maintenance service within the annual budget and the set performance criteria.
- Coordinate and clarify all work-related matters with the next higher internal or external authority.
- Lead and direct all sections concerning daily business and long-term planning and steering of the internal and external top-level meetings.
- Lead the maintenance organization and direct section managers concerning daily business and long-term planning.
- Act as first-hand supervisor of service engineers, section managers, controllers, and project administration and secondary hand supervision of all staff of the maintenance organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technical field.
- 15 years' experience in railway maintenance projects with 3 years of experience in the field of project management.
- Experience in managing full maintenance projects in the depot and on-site.
- Experience in developing and implementing safety procedures in public transportation organizations or similar fields.
- Experience in working with intercultural/international project teams, possess leadership skills and are team-oriented, mobile, and flexible.
- Experience in leading the communication/meetings with the management of end customers from state-owned companies/governments and liaising with suppliers and plant processes, operators, and approval authorities.
- Open and active in the digitalization transformation.
- Fluency in English language - German, French, or Arabic would be an advantage.
- Certified as Senior Project Manager according to PM @Siemens or a comparable certification.
