Your Impact Are you passionate about working with teams, helping your teams achieve the best results, keeping people focused and on track, and making things happen? We are looking for an administrative professional fluent in both Arabic and English to join the Investment Banking team based in Riyadh. Duties This role is for a full-time assistant to support a team of investment bankers in the Riyadh office.
  1. Proactive diary management for busy investment bankers
  2. Arranging travel; organizing and providing detailed travel schedules
  3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendas
  4. Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner
  5. Arranging internal and client meetings on and off the GS campus - booking of conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organized
  6. Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvals
  7. General team admin including photocopying, printing, attendance tracking, phone answering and relaying messages
  8. Act as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required
  9. Regularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure relevant information is disseminated accordingly
  10. Involved in client event organization
  11. Flexibility to support assistant colleagues and cover when necessary
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Fluent in both Arabic and English
  2. Prior experience as an assistant, or in an administrative and/or customer service role
  3. Solid organizational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability and willingness to work collaboratively amongst assistant team based both locally and globally.
  6. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidently
  7. Proactivity – ability to take initiative, follow up where necessary without prompting and seek clarification when needed
  8. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and growth mindset
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environment
  10. Discretion – ability to always handle sensitive matters confidentially
  11. Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
