About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and bringing in talented individuals who are aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide accurate and regular reporting on recruitment activity and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
