Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze designs for marine structures and systems, including vessels, offshore platforms, and subsea installations.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of marine equipment and systems.
  3. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, naval architects, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and operations comply with relevant marine regulations, standards, and safety practices.
  5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for marine projects, identifying potential hazards and mitigation strategies.
  6. Maintenance Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies for marine systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  7. Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  8. Field Support: Conduct site visits to monitor marine operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in marine engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of marine systems and operations. Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ANSYS) and familiarity with marine industry standards and regulations. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex engineering challenges.
