Project Manager for risk and business continuity consultation The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project governance and plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and make decisions.
  • Provide project management guidance and support to client teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in management/Engineering/Finance/Accounting/IT/ or any other equivalent.
  • 10+ years in project management.
  • Arabic Speaker & English Professional Speaker.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to come up with innovative approaches and solutions to problems.
  • Must have 2-3 RISK &/OR BCM projects experience as PM.
Additional requirements The candidate must have a good knowledge in:
  • Assessing the current situation for risk and business continuity department according to the requirements of the national risk council.
  • Building strategies and roadmaps for risk and business continuity departments.
  • Building business and administrative models for the department and subdepartments to show the correlations between the department and the other department and stakeholders.
  • Identifying roles and responsibilities and building RACI matrixes for all the levels of the department including (risk management, business continuity management, crisis management).
  • Resilience indicator for risk and business continuity department.
  • Risk and business continuity management Digital platforms.
