We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage the daily operations of the CWB offices in Gulf countries. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering efficient and effective support services while creating an accommodating work environment for employees. Requirements Experience:
- 5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role in the UAE
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using ERP systems
- Managing the day-to-day functioning of CWB offices in Gulf countries;
- Managing and attending to reception (in Dubai office);
- Overseeing the set-up of new offices and/or office relocations in the region;
- Negotiating and arranging the purchase of office supplies, office equipment and furniture;
- Participating in the preparation of the administration budget and monitoring financial performance against the budget;
- Supporting the Human Resources department, including attending to immigration and labour office issues and coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of staff;
- Staying informed on and updating management about new rules and regulations related to labour, immigration etc. issued by local government authorities;
- Managing building operations, including security, maintenance and repairs at relevant locations;
- Organising and planning events and team building activities;
- Coordinating business travel and meetings;
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for areas of responsibility;
- Liaising with vendors and managing vendor agreements; and
- Participating in special department projects, as and when necessary.
