Job Summary: The Sales Executive - Leisure is responsible for driving leisure business to Raffles & Fairmont Doha by developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other leisure partners. This role involves proactive sales efforts, account management, and ensuring the highest level of service to clients while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key leisure accounts, including travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel planners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize leisure revenue.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to secure leisure business for the hotel.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward achieving set targets.
Account & Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for leisure clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Regularly update and manage client databases to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that appeal to the leisure market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance business opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
  • Work closely with Reservations, Revenue Management, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution of leisure bookings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Prepare reports and sales forecasts to support business strategy development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC leisure market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
