Are you an aspiring or experienced Sales Director looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your range of sales skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are looking for a Sales Director to join our Dubai office on a hybrid model. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding Air Partner’s market share in Private Jets. This includes selling Private Jet On-Demand flights and the ultra-luxury JetCard Membership Programme, and through alliance partnerships in your specific territory. To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, be passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers, insightful closing techniques and a passion for aviation and luxury travel.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Private Jets, aligned with company objectives.
- Lead product development and implement commercial strategies to enhance differentiation, profitability, and market share.
- Manage and refine the JetCard strategy to ensure service consistency, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Identify and target UHNWIs, corporate executives, and high-value prospects using innovative sales methods.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to drive team performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with the Account Management Team and support renewal discussions with existing JetCard members to achieve retention targets and deliver market-leading service.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitors, associated industries, and emerging market dynamics.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing favourable terms and ensuring successful outcomes for Air Partner.
- Represent Air Partner at high-profile events to raise the company’s profile and expand its market presence.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of working with UHNWIs and corporate executives.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage both personal and team sales pipelines.
- Competitive and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within private aviation or luxury sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry, including competitors’ products and market trends.
