Job Description

Guest Service Officer - Reception First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Officer - Reception, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  2. Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  3. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  1. Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  2. Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
  3. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Knowing:
  1. Know the sustainable development actions set up by the hotel;
  2. Know sustainable development related activities (exhibitions, nature outings, bike hire, parks, architecture, shops, restaurants, cooperatives, etc.).
  3. Know access to public transport.
