To manage the product/service/strategy related requirements for the entire Business Banking products suite related to digital initiatives. The incumbent will oversee end-to-end execution from approval to implementation of relevant business banking projects in collaboration with IT & Digital teams. Candidates must have experience in business banking. We are looking for a Digital leader who puts the customer at the heart of any solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Head of Business Banking Products and Product managers in business banking to implement overall product & segmental strategy. Assist and devise strategies and initiatives to achieve targeted Sales, P&L revenue figures in the assigned products.
  2. Assist in developing & implementing strategies & marketing initiatives to gain market leadership.
  3. Devise digital solutions for Liabilities and Assets products, Customer Experience, and Payments to cater to the business banking segment.
  4. Conduct frequent/monthly competitive scans to ensure our products and rates are competitive.
  5. Devise, implement, and track new digital promotions.
  6. Work with stakeholders to ensure procedures and policies are competitive and have the right controls.
  7. Regularly review with Product, Sales, Treasury, Operations, IT, Digital, and other stakeholders to ensure the best of Products & Policies.
  8. Interact with all touchpoints to ensure optimal processes & resolve operational issues.
  9. Collaborate with the Bank’s IT/Digital departments for UAT and implementation of new enhancements/product launches.
  10. Liaise with SQ to coordinate SQ initiatives and corrective actions/enhancements for BBU propositions.
  11. Work with Marketing & Product teams to implement specific initiatives/campaigns for digital propositions.
  12. Take personal accountability for the delivery of a large business and technology roadmap across multiple areas; new/enhancement of current products, overseeing every stage of delivery.

Education & Experience:

  1. Graduate/Post Graduate.
  2. Over 10 years of diverse experience in Product Development and Management in Banking. Excellent financial analytical skills, reporting, ability to understand and grasp new concepts, and problem-solving. Candidates must have experience in business banking, and we are looking for a Digital leader who puts the customer at the heart of any solution.
