Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and train accounts payable staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  2. Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Monitor accounts payable processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  5. Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
  6. Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional support and information sharing.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with supervisory experience preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Experience with ERP systems.
  8. Knowledge of tax compliance and regulations.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
