منسق طلبات/كاشير مـــطعـــم ســوري نبحث عن شخص مميز للعمل كمنسق طلبات/كاشير في بيئة عمل احترافية.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء وفريق العمل.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الكاشير أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والانضباط في العمل.
المهام الرئيسية:
- استقبال الطلبات من العملاء والتأكد من تنفيذها بدقة.
- إدارة المعاملات النقدية والبطاقات البنكية بسلاسة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
- تقديم تجربة خدمة متميزة للعملاء.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is a plus.
- Punctuality and commitment to work schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and ensuring accurate processing.
- Handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
