Storekeeper

Job Purpose Maintaining an automated supply inventory database; updating database of materials, supplies, and equipment; generating related reports to verify inventory levels, and determining re-order activity and usage rates. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience Typically, 3+ years of industry experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical area. Job Responsibilities

1. Perform operational duties in ordering, receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, and record keeping.
2. Storage space utilization.
3. Applying the inventory count policy and result accuracy.
4. Storing goods according to the standard and Supplier storage regulations.
5. Proper timely receiving and follow up of system entry.
6. Determine stock items and stock levels.
7. Prepare and expedite orders.
8. Handle freight claims, quantity shortages, breakage, duplicate shipments, and back orders.
9. Following up on the expiry dates of products.
