Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management or legal software.
Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
Currently based in the UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives, particularly in a legal or corporate setting.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to draft and manage correspondence professionally and efficiently.
