Job Title: Chief Concierge

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is a 76-story hotel located near the Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka'aba. As one of the world's tallest hotels, it is an iconic symbol of hospitality in the Holy City. SUMMARY The Chief Concierge supervises and directs concierge, bell desk activities, and bell staff as well as doormen, valet parking, and airport transportation requirements. This includes providing information on hotel services, local places of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours, and other guest-related information. Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and direct concierge, bell desk activities, and bell staff
  2. Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
  3. Recommend hotel food and beverage outlets to guests
  4. Ensure the lobby remains tidy and ashtrays are cleaned
  5. Create efficient work schedules for concierge, doorman, and bell services
  6. Train and develop concierge, doorman, and bell staff
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in Arabic and English
  2. Minimum 5 years experience as Chief / Head Concierge
  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
