Role Overview: As an Oracle SCM Solution Architect & Project Manager, you will spearhead the strategic design, implementation, and perpetual enhancement of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. Your role will involve orchestrating synergy with multifarious teams, fostering robust liaisons with stakeholders to guarantee the triumphant execution of projects from their inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities:- Helm and administer SCM solution implementation projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring meticulous oversight at every phase.
- Architect, design, and tailor SCM solutions to align with the nuanced business requisites of clients.
- Forge alliances with both business and technical cadres to secure successful project outcomes.
- Govern project timelines, financial allocations, and human resources, ensuring these elements are congruent with overarching strategic objectives.
- Offer authoritative counsel on SCM best practices, technological integrations, and prevailing industry standards.
- Direct and nurture a cadre comprising developers, consultants, and business analysts.
- Cultivate and sustain profound relationships with pivotal stakeholders.
- Adhere to project management paradigms such as Agile and Waterfall, maintaining compliance with established methodologies and standards.
- Diagnose and ameliorate issues to facilitate seamless project delivery and to optimize system functionality.
- Innovate to augment supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiencies through cutting-edge solutions.
- Decade-plus tenure in Project Management coupled with SCM Solution Architecture.
- Profound competence in the design and deployment of SCM solutions, with a thorough understanding of platforms like Oracle SCM, SAP, or analogous systems.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain dynamics, encompassing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading and actualizing expansive SCM projects.
- Outstanding abilities in communication, leadership, and interfacing with clients.
- Versatility in employing Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management.
- Capacity to lead diverse, cross-functional teams within a dynamic, high-velocity environment.
- Robust analytical skills for problem-solving and critical decision-making.
