Visit us at - Job Description The Talent Acquisition Partner - Middle East & Africa will work together to provide the business with the highest quality talent, within the right timescales and at the right cost. This role will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to onboarding whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the TA operations for the Middle East and Africa region and report to TAM for APAC & MEA. Drive the Talent Acquisition strategy while focusing on building diversity in sourcing the right Talent for the organization through various job seeker pools.
- Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers using market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
- Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs, identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas.
- Must have proven experience in Middle East and Africa Recruitment.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates, as well as developing strong relationships with hiring managers to support functions across our businesses in the Middle East and Africa region. You will be working closely with the local HR Advisors to achieve business outcomes.
- Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology such as Lean Yellow Belt or Green Belt is desired.
