We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Inspection Agent to join our team and help maintain our commitment to excellence. Job Overview : The Vehicle Inspection Agent will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting all vehicles in our showroom before purchase. This role involves evaluating the condition, performance, and safety of each vehicle, ensuring it meets the required standards of the showroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the procurement team to provide accurate reports and assist in pricing the potential vehicles for purchase. Key Responsibilities :

Perform thorough inspections on new and pre-owned vehicles which are potential for purchase, focusing on quality, safety, and condition.
Assist in deliberating an accurate purchase price or consignment price for the car which would be profitable for the showroom
Conduct diagnostic tests and identify any issues or potential repairs required.
Provide detailed reports of inspection findings and recommend any necessary repairs or maintenance which will be required before it can be presented for sale in the showroom.
Assist in verifying vehicle history and documentation to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the service department to schedule repairs and maintenance if needed once the car has been purchased or brought for consignment.
Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with showroom standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations and specifications.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (automotive technical training or certification preferred).
Previous experience in vehicle inspection, automotive repair, or a similar field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues with vehicles.
Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive various vehicle types.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with vehicle diagnostic tools and software.
Knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations.
