We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and ensure excellence in all aspects of club operations. The vision is to open gyms in premium residential communities so that the customer has a 360 lifestyle experience away from home. A full luxury offering from weight rooms, TRX, HYROX, CrossFit, wellness, recovery, and relaxation along with workstations, nutritional F&B with juice bars. The innovation is endless to create the ideal fitness journey for our clients. We're looking for GMs with new ideas, creativity, and innovation intensity who will disrupt the industry. Job Summary: As the General Manager, you will oversee all operational, financial, and service-related aspects of the club, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. You will lead a team of fitness and hospitality professionals, drive membership growth, and maintain the club’s reputation for excellence. The vision is to drive this into a franchise and open across Dubai to be a fully-fledged lifestyle workplace for relaxation, work, fitness, nutrition, and recovery. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations & Member Experience: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Oversee premium services, including personal training, group fitness, and spa/wellness offerings. Implement high standards for customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for all members.
  2. Sales & Business Development: Drive membership sales and retention through strategic marketing and community engagement. Develop and implement revenue-generating programs, such as special events, personal training, and retail sales. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
  3. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including fitness instructors, front desk staff, maintenance personnel, marketing, branding, creative, and design. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
  4. Facility & Brand Management: Maintain the club’s luxury image by ensuring cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and high-quality service. Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. Stay updated on fitness industry trends to enhance club offerings and member engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in luxury fitness or health & nutrition.
  2. Proven leadership in managing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  3. Strong business acumen, including sales, budgeting, and financial management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
