Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with holding companies and a strong understanding of the end-to-end HR cycle. This role requires someone eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations across multiple brands under the holding company.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
Ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and continuously improved.
Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance regulations.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in an HR role, preferably within a holding company or multi-brand environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
