- Monitor/Verify compliance of the Project Quality Management System in accordance with the client/Specification requirements.
- Enhance the Quality Management System by identifying and monitoring non-conformance, performance indicators and feedback, and recommending and/or following up corrective actions to meet Quality System objectives.
- Evaluate the need for new procedures, forms, etc., and prepare, revise, distribute, and withdraw the local documentation of the Quality Management System.
- Prepare periodic status reports of quality progress to be discussed during Management Review Meetings.
- Review all complaints, customer feedback, NCR and/or potential problems, investigate and analyze the root cause, propose corrective actions, and report to the Quality team.
- Coordinate with customers for analysis of customer complaints and follow up on short-term and long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with the criteria of the relevant standard and maintain a register of all subcontracting companies.
- Mechanical Engineering University Degree or equivalent with direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities and managing quality systems relating to the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g., oil, gas, and petrochemical projects).
- Internationally recognized certification in auditing ISO-9001 or equivalent with the ability to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards.
- Overall, 20 years of work experience, or in nearby range necessary.
- Direct work experience with good EPC Companies and main contractors in the project.
- Previous ADNOC approvals for PQM / QA-QC Manager roles. Approvals with other Oil & Gas majors will support (e.g., Saudi Aramco).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong personality and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive Quality Assurance work experience and knowledge. ISO Lead Auditor Certifications are required.
- QC Managers, Supervisors, Inspectors, etc., will work under this role.
