The program We are looking for talented graduates to join our new Graduate Training Program, commencing in 2025. This program has been designed to give recent graduates the experience and skills they need to excel in a career at ADIC. Successful applicants will join a cohort on this full-time program, designed to provide the knowledge and experience required to successfully join one of our investment teams. Alongside this comprehensive program, there will be the opportunity to study for the CFA qualification. Graduates will be supported at every step of the way by a dedicated Graduate Program manager. Opportunities to connect with peers through our internal networking and social events are another key feature of the program. Projects in this program could include:
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and market research
- Developing and implementing investment strategies
- Assisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities
- Working with colleagues to optimize investment performance through asset management initiatives
- Assisting in divestment processes
- Undertaking portfolio level analysis
- Engaging in risk assessment and management processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions
- You must be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical fields.
- You must have graduated and be available to start the program in June 2025.
- Candidates must be recent graduates, having completed their degrees no earlier than 2023.
- Preferably, you will have completed an internship within the finance industry.
