Assist in providing the necessary administrative, analytical, and research support to the Investor Relations team pertaining to the communication with market, analysts, and investor communities. Assist in the preparation of press releases and discussion materials for investor meetings, roadshows, Investor Relation events, and other related activities by ensuring all other necessary logistics are organized. Coordinate analysts and investor meetings and maintain logs and call reports for analyses and findings. Attend business, social, and other IR functions to communicate and strengthen relationships with the investor community. Assist in maintaining a record of all investor and analyst contacts and meetings using spreadsheets or IR reporting tools. Assist in the development of business presentations to be used in IR roadshows, meetings, and other departmental activities. Assist in maintaining and updating the DIB IR website & app. Assist in maintaining the IR research portals, tools, and solutions. Assist in the invoice management for the department. Support the execution of new IR projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation. Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures, and SLAs of the department. Plan and organize webcasts to communicate financial results and business strategy. Handle the IR Inbox and liaise with the concerned IR team member to ensure queries are attended to on time. All the above accountabilities include, but are not limited to, any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager related to Investor Relations and Strategic communications.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance.

Work Experience

Minimum 4-6 years in a business or communications role within the banking sector, ideally in the Middle East markets. International exposure is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
