Senior HR Process Automation Engineer Department: People Experience Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Maria Nevedrova Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Process Automation Engineer to join our team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for automating business processes, integrating disparate systems, and developing robust audit and reporting tools. You will work closely with internal teams to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. If you have strong programming skills, experience with system integrations, and a deep understanding of business process automation, we'd love to hear from you! As a Senior HRIS Developer, you will:
- Design and implement automation solutions for various business functions, with a strong emphasis on HR processes, using Python and other relevant tools.
- Build and enhance non-native integrations between different HR systems, ensuring accurate data flow and minimizing errors.
- Develop automated auditing systems to detect and resolve data inconsistencies. Create dynamic reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Seamlessly incorporate new software solutions into the existing IT and HR ecosystem based on business requirements.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide necessary training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Proven experience in process automation (HR process automation is a significant plus).
- Strong Python proficiency (ability to create integrations using REST APIs is essential); additional programming languages are a strong advantage.
- Experience integrating non-native systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Zenphi, Jira Automation, or similar platforms) is beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accountability in delivering high-quality solutions on time.
