About the job:
Product Management- Responsible for Lab and products management of High Speed Separators, Decanters, and Membranes.
- Supports P&A to lead new products release and implementation to the relevant market.
- Supports P&A to provide the relevant necessary technical information, documents, and sales tools on new products for their introduction activities of new products/applications.
- Support P&A to communicate with the central separation R&D teams and provide effective information on market trends and customer needs in Japan for product development.
- Communicates with P&A who handle separator products and gives them necessary technical information and documentation to support their sales activities.
- Draws up the operation plan of Separation test machines and Laboratory in AL China Sales company, including operation activities, Lab installation and equipment investment plan.
- Responsible for conducting daily operation of the Laboratory.
- Executes testing in accordance with the requests by the customers and provides feedback with the test report, supporting sales forces.
- Supports sales forces by providing them with product selection and ensuring the specifics to reach 'spec-in' to the customers.
- Ensures safety and health conditions in the laboratory operations.
- Visits customers for products/application presentation with sales persons.
- Conducts training & seminars on HSS / DEC technology for sales persons to develop their sales skills.
What you know:
Competencies/ Profile- Highly advanced technical knowledge/experience on separation products and applications.
- Good knowledge of marketing which enables the generation of effective market implementation/penetration plans.
- Satisfactory level of English skill to provide/exchange information with central development forces.
- At least 10 years of experience handling relevant products and applications.
