- Resident at Muji HQ to provide first level on-site or remote technical support on

hardware, software, and all IT related issues for HQ, Stores, and Warehouse.

- Support users on computer, printing, scan, desktop applications including but not limited to:

  • User Account and Office 365 Administration.
  • Company Accounting, Inventory, and POS System Administration.
  • Operating systems, networks, troubleshooting, and firewall technologies.
  • Monitor critical jobs ensuring the uptime of all servers, network services, backup and restore, and systems interface between multiple platforms.
  • As one of IT PIC ensuring the completion of setting up for various New, Relocation, and Closure of Store Projects.
  • Assigned as IT Key Person onto New POS and ERP System Upgrades and Migration.
  • Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures (user/admin guides).
  • Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the IT Team or HOD.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, as required, to provide support during peak operational hours in stores.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Education - Diploma/Degree in IT.
  • Proven work experience in IT Operations with retails/FandB industry and background is an added advantage.
  • Experienced in Retail Pro/Prism and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Servers, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Hosting, MacOS and Windows.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, as well as tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology in New System implementation.
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task, work independently, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and self-driven personality.
