What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional solutions
- Propose solutions and lead client workshops
- Analyze and optimize business processes for enhanced efficiency
- Implement Asset and Work Management best practices across utilities (Electrical, Gas, Water)
- Work with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of products
- Participate in large-scale projects and define business and tech solutions
- Coordinate functional testing and integration of
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) or Oracle WAM
- Experience in end-to-end EAM product implementations (WAM/WACS/Maximo/SAP)
- Understanding of Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, and GIS
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across regions
- Project Management skills to manage timelines and resources
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bonus: PMP or PMI Agile certification, Oracle Utilities product certifications
