To accelerate our digital presence and brand positioning, we are seeking a strategic and creative leader to manage branding, digital strategy, and performance marketing. As the Branding, Digital Strategy & Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and e-commerce growth strategies for Shaaman Elegance. You will work closely with creative teams, performance marketers, designers, and content creators to establish a strong digital footprint, drive customer engagement, and optimize sales conversions. . & • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with the vision of Shaaman Elegance. • Define the brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling approach across digital channels. • Collaborate with designers to create high-quality brand assets, campaign creatives, and videos. • Maintain consistency in brand communication across website, social media, ads, and offline collaterals. . & • Develop a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS. • Optimize the e-commerce funnel and drive performance-based marketing through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads. • Utilize retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to keep Shaaman Elegance ahead of trends. . & • Own and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring engaging and consistent storytelling. • Plan and oversee the creation of Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, and influencer collaborations. • Build and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships to amplify reach and sales. • Develop engaging blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns to retain customers. . - & • Work with developers and UI/UX designers to ensure an optimized, high-converting website experience. • Implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page enhancements. • Monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Shopify analytics to track user behavior and optimize campaigns. • Develop and execute product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and discount strategies. . , & • Drive email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing strategies for customer retention and repeat purchases. • Implement and oversee loyalty programs and referral marketing initiatives. • Develop chatbot automation and AI-driven customer engagement tools to enhance user experience. & - : • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce growth. • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Social Media Marketing. • Proven track record of brand building and digital growth for a fashion or e-commerce brand. • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and affiliate/influencer marketing. • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GA4, and performance tracking tools. • Strong creative and analytical mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury branding. : • Experience in the UAE or Middle Eastern market is a plus. • Knowledge of Arabic (optional but beneficial for UAE market campaigns). • Understanding of WhatsApp and conversational commerce trends in the UAE. • Opportunity to lead the digital growth of a premium e-commerce brand in the UAE. • Collaborative and innovative environment with Canary Digital’s expertise in AI and digital solutions. • Career growth with exposure to global e-commerce marketing strategies. • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. ?
