- Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including logos, website elements, social media graphics, advertisements, and more.
- Leverage AI design tools (such as midjourney and Pebley) to streamline and enhance the design process.
- Collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams to create designs that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Implement AI-powered design automation for repetitive tasks, helping to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Use AI-driven insights to enhance creativity and produce data-informed design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design and AI tools to incorporate new techniques and methodologies into your work.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and design principles.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Sensei, Canva with AI, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) for enhancing creativity, automating processes, or generating design assets.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Knowledge of web design and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a passion for integrating technology into the creative process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with AI tools in the context of content creation, automation, and creative ideation.
- Experience in 3D design or motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
- Location is Worli Mumbai 5 days' work from Office Role.
