Senior Manager

• Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.
• Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.
• Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.
• Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.
• Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.
• Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional team for continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.
• Proficient in any ERP software and savvy with office 365
• 10+ years of managerial accounting & taxation experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr
• Data Analytical and presentation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with experience in leading small to mid sized teams
• Attention to details and accuracy
