As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate with a background in electronic security or low-voltage engineering to join our team. The Role Your Key Responsibilities 1. Estimating & Proposal Development
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to create detailed, accurate estimates for security integration projects.
- Focus areas include:
- Access control systems
- CCTV and surveillance
- Low-voltage cabling
- Server and switch specifications
- Computing solutions
- Conduct 100+ cold calls and emails daily to identify and qualify new leads.
- Leverage online tools and provided lead lists to discover potential clients and generate interest in our services.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team to close deals with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure all estimates and project details are meticulously documented for smooth handoff and execution.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and technical expertise to build trust and rapport with prospects and clients.
- Industry Expertise :
- Experience in electronic security, low-voltage engineering, or security integration.
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prior estimating experience in systems such as access control, CCTV, cabling, servers, and more.
- Sales & Outreach Skills :
- Track record of cold calling and lead generation success.
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach to reaching new prospects and meeting outreach goals.
- Communication Excellence :
- Outstanding English skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in client engagement, technical discussions, and collaboration with project teams.
- Tech Savviness :
- Proficiency in CRM systems and online lead generation tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage estimates, proposals, and client interactions.
