Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive user experience strategies aimed at enhancing company monetization, focusing on key user experience metrics such as product/service quality, user engagement, renewals, and referrals. Lead operational strategies for monetization teams to drive high-quality performance and results. Act as a primary support contact for customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Curriculum), enabling them to deliver superior user experiences. Continuously refine strategies and SOPs to optimize the workflows of customer-facing teams, improving team productivity and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Proven expertise in data analysis, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated project management skills with a goal-oriented, user-centric mindset. 3-5+ years of experience in data-driven operational roles. Skilled in managing escalated cases and delivering appropriate customer resolutions.
