Private Equity Fund Accounting Supervisor - Remote

This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely , provided your primary residence is in Ireland . About the Role Due to new and anticipated business , this opportunity has arisen within the growing Private Equity Fund Accounting division. As a Supervisor , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fund administration services while playing a key role in workload management, reviewing outputs, and mentoring junior team members . You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own portfolio of Private Equity funds.
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and signing off on outputs before release to clients.
• Managing workflows, task allocation, and deadlines within the team.
• Training and supporting new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Reviewing NAVs, performance fees, waterfalls, journal entries, ledgers, capital calls, and pricing .
• Assisting with fund launches, audits, and process improvements .
• Acting as a key point of contact for investment managers and investors .

About You You are an experienced Fund Accounting Senior Analyst or Supervisor with a background in Private Equity and/or Real Estate Accounting . You enjoy a hands-on role where you can balance your own workload with reviewing and mentoring . You’re eager to thrive in a growing organisation with a strong track record of career progression .

• 2+ years of Private Equity and/or Real Estate accounting experience .
• Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, allocations, and financial reporting .
• Ability to review, sign off, and release work to clients while ensuring accuracy.
• A proactive approach to managing deadlines and workflows .
• An accountancy qualification is desirable but not essential .
