Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Development Manager specializing in Civic Buildings. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civic infrastructure projects that play a vital role in the community. Your expertise will ensure that these projects facilitate social interaction, community engagement, and sustainable development in line with our vision of transforming Saudi Arabia’s entertainment landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of civic building projects, ensuring they meet community needs and adhere to regulatory standards.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to inform project direction and strategy.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and community stakeholders to ensure designs reflect the aspirations of the community.
  4. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Engage with government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and facilitate project approvals.
  6. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, achievements, and challenges.
  8. Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high performance and professional growth within the organization.
  9. Stay informed of best practices in civic building development and integrate innovative approaches into project planning and execution.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Design, or a relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in managing civic building or infrastructure projects.
  3. Strong understanding of regulations, trends, and best practices in civic and community development.
  4. Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  5. Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government entities and community organizations.
  6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
