Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and schedule periodic inspections.
- Coordinate driver schedules and ensure optimal vehicle distribution.
- Track fuel consumption and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest operational improvements.
- Handle breakdowns and operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in fleet management and operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.
