Job details

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and schedule periodic inspections.
  • Coordinate driver schedules and ensure optimal vehicle distribution.
  • Track fuel consumption and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports and suggest operational improvements.
  • Handle breakdowns and operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in fleet management and operations.
  • Knowledge of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.
