Job Announcement: Pizza Chef Wanted in Riyadh A restaurant specializing in pizza is offering an exciting opportunity for a professional pizza chef in Al-Muzahmiyah, Riyadh. Job Title: • Pizza Chef (Neapolitan Pizza) Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and knead pizza dough according to approved recipes.
  2. Prepare fresh pizza sauce following the restaurant’s standards.
  3. Bake pizzas using a specialized oven while maintaining proper cooking standards.
  4. Ensure high-quality taste and consistency to satisfy customers.
  5. Maintain kitchen organization and adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficiency and speed of service.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in preparing pizzas, preferably Neapolitan-style.
  2. Strong knowledge of making fresh pizza sauce and its ingredients.
  3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  4. High organizational skills and efficiency.
  5. Transferable residency (for non-Saudis).

  4. Stretching & Shaping Techniques: Skill in hand-stretching dough or using a rolling pin to achieve the perfect texture.
  5. Ingredient Selection & Distribution: Good understanding of how to distribute toppings for a balanced pizza.
  6. Quality Control: Ensuring that the baked pizza meets the standards of taste, quality, and appearance.

  1. Time Management: Ability to prepare pizzas quickly without compromising quality.
