Responsibilities

1. Developing lesson plans and teaching swimming skills and techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.
2. Tracking and recording student attendance, progress, and performance data to ensure that they are meeting their swimming goals.
3. Collaborating with other staff members to manage inventory and order supplies needed for swimming lessons and pool maintenance.
4. Developing and adapting instructional materials and methods to ensure that students of all skill levels receive appropriate guidance and support.

1. Must be able to develop lesson plans and keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.
2. Should be able to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in the pool area, such as slippery surfaces or malfunctioning equipment.
3. Must have strong organizational skills to keep track of lesson plans, student attendance, and progress reports.
4. Need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and fitness regimen to be physically capable of teaching and performing rescue operations.
