M&A Corporate Development Specialist | Investment & Growth Expert

We are seeking a skilled M&A Specialist / Corporate Development Specialist / Investment Analyst to join the Corporate Development team. This is a technical role focused on investment strategy execution, financial analysis, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Investment Analysis & Pipeline Management

• Conduct initial analysis of target companies, delivering comprehensive profiles, including SWOT analysis, market positioning, and key financial metrics.
• Track and manage the M&A pipeline, providing regular reports on new opportunities, valuations, and strategic fit.

Strategic Alignment & Valuation

• Assess potential investment opportunities in line with corporate strategy and long-term growth objectives.
• Support financial modeling, valuation assessments (DCF, comparable multiples, etc.), and investment feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate data for due diligence processes.
• Identify key risks, validate financial assumptions, and assist in risk mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare investment proposals, board presentations, and supporting documents for executive decision-making.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment analysis, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
• Experience in due diligence, market research, and risk assessment .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing investment reports.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple investment projects simultaneously.
