  2. Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
  3. Handle cash management, daily reporting, and store budgets.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
  5. Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  6. Ensure all security standards (related to CCTV, security alarms, etc) are being met.
  7. Keep self knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the Store Manager and take over in his/her absence.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  2. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
  4. Excellent product knowledge.
