- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Ensure all security standards (related to CCTV, security alarms, etc) are being met.
- Keep self knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the Store Manager and take over in his/her absence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent product knowledge.
