  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  2. Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
  3. Address guest inquiries, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns promptly.
  4. Ensure guests are aware of seasonal or special offers to enhance their experience.
  5. Actively upsell food, beverages, and promotions to maximize sales.
  6. Promote high-margin or seasonal items based on guest preferences.
  7. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to highlight key products and events.
  8. Use marketing materials (e.g., flyers, digital content) to inform guests of offers.
  9. Work with Sales & Marketing team to align on monthly/seasonal promotions.
  10. Provide guest feedback and sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  11. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new promotional campaigns.
  12. Assist in executing marketing initiatives such as loyalty programs and special events.
  13. Promote the restaurant's brand, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  14. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  15. Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
  16. Stay up-to-date on food & beverage trends and share relevant recommendations with guests.
  17. Track sales, guest preferences, and promotional performance.
  18. Provide feedback on guest behavior and product performance to Sales & Marketing.
  19. Share insights with management on sales trends and customer feedback.
  20. Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff for seamless service.
  21. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to fulfill guest orders.
  22. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team on menu launches and promotional efforts.
  23. Participate in team meetings and training related to sales targets and promotions.
  24. Represent the restaurant's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  25. Ensure marketing materials are consistent with the restaurant's branding.
  26. Participate in community events and sponsorships to raise brand awareness.
  27. Assist with reservations, group bookings, and special events.
  28. Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or marketing is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in food & beverage.
  3. Upselling or sales experience preferred.
  4. Experience working with a Sales & Marketing team in hospitality is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborative team player, able to work with various departments.
  8. Proficient in POS systems and restaurant-related software.
  9. Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  10. Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails.
  11. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  12. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  13. Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  14. Ability to manage a busy, high-volume environment while staying calm under pressure.
  15. Positive, proactive attitude toward sales and service.
  16. Keen interest in food, beverage, and hospitality industry trends.
