Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team specializing in electric motor trading. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare and present commercial offers to clients.
Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless procurement processes.
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives by providing administrative and operational support.
Contribute to office administration tasks to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales coordination, preferably within a technical or commercial setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Candidate:
