Position: Senior Digital Expert Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role Overview Are you driven by the challenge of leading cutting-edge digital campaigns? Do you thrive on delivering impactful marketing solutions? Join WONE Altavia as a Senior Digital Expert and play a key role in shaping innovative digital strategies. In this role, you'll lead project teams, oversee account management, and execute data-driven campaigns across major platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring performance is optimized to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead and mentor account managers and project teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Oversee multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and optimize for performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and ROI growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic and data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
