Responsibilities:

2. Perform complex surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other organs in the chest
3. Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
4. Utilize advanced techniques and technology to enhance surgical outcomes
5. Educate patients and their families about their medical condition and provide guidance on post-operative care
6. Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' medical history and treatment progress

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree and completion of a residency program in general surgery
2. Fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery
3. Valid state medical license and board certification in cardiothoracic surgery
4. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery
5. Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of advanced techniques and technology
6. Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
