  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events to maximize productivity.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and emails, prioritizing communications, and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile reports, providing insights that aid in informed decision-making for the executive.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
  • Facilitate communication across departments by ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on action items and projects.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports to support the executive’s financial decisions.
  • Plan and execute events, from team meetings to corporate functions, ensuring every detail aligns with the executive's vision.
  • Support personal tasks as needed, displaying discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, highlighting your ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a preference for candidates who can communicate in additional languages.
  • Strong organizational skills, reflected in your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, essential for handling sensitive information and personal matters of the executive.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, showcasing your technical abilities.
