Job Description:

  1. Screening resumes.
  2. Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
  3. Source potential candidates from various job portals/social channels (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine).
  4. Understand and summarize the candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements. Self-starter, motivated, and detail/results-oriented.
  5. Advertise job openings on job boards, the company’s careers page, and social media.
  6. Database Management.
  7. Immediate joiners are preferred.
