Role Overview: Operations Management
- Monitor and manage budgets for General and Administrative (G&A) expenses, optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects to support operational goals.
- Plan and execute in-house and off-site events, managing vendor relationships, budgets, and event logistics.
- Partner with HR on initiatives to enhance workplace engagement, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and social events.
- Build and maintain relationships with global vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage invoicing and payment workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead office renovations or expansions, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
- Oversee inventory and manage the restocking of supplies, snacks, and beverages to keep employees productive and happy.
- Serve as the company’s IT Administrator, managing software licenses, user access, and IT support for 100+ employees.
- Streamline the onboarding experience for new hires by setting up accounts, equipment, and access to tools.
- This role requires consistent on-site presence at least four days a week to effectively manage day-to-day operations.
- Proven rack record in operations or office management, ideally in a startup or professional services setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Resourceful problem-solver with creative thinking skills.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and familiarity with basic financial documents.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
