Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, including reply through Whatsapp, phone and email.
Assist the team in daily operation
Call customers to follow-up
Handle and follow-up on customer orders, such as prepare quotation and agreement
Create reports for management to monitor customer and operational performances
Perform ad-hoc tasks
