Wood is recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Advisor to join its Operations West business focusing on providing positive customer experience, advice, support and guidance across recruitment and HR operations. Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role with hybrid working considered, and available as a full-time / part-time (job share) basis. The Role The role will work within a small HR team and provide support to both the HR Manager and Senior Contract Manager in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, selection, onboarding and training & development. The role will ensure that advice and guidance provided to both Line Managers and Employees is in line with the company policies and procedures. What we can offer

Reporting to the HR Manager Business Partnering - APAC West, you will be responsible for managing resourcing for our joint venture working with hiring managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements in Australia, Dili & Timor Leste. In addition, you will :
  1. Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss outcomes and obtain resourcing lookahead.
  2. Actively and professionally promote vacancies and employer brand.
  3. Liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and joint venture parent companies as required to support resourcing requirements within Australia and Timor Leste (onshore and offshore).
  4. Facilitate the effective movement of candidates through the resourcing, onboarding and mobilisation processes as required by role.
  5. Provide advice and support to key stakeholders on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, including performance management, capability, discipline and grievance.
