Wood is recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Advisor to join its Operations West business focusing on providing positive customer experience, advice, support and guidance across recruitment and HR operations. Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role with hybrid working considered, and available as a full-time / part-time (job share) basis. The Role The role will work within a small HR team and provide support to both the HR Manager and Senior Contract Manager in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, selection, onboarding and training & development. The role will ensure that advice and guidance provided to both Line Managers and Employees is in line with the company policies and procedures. What we can offer

- Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss outcomes and obtain resourcing lookahead.
- Actively and professionally promote vacancies and employer brand.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and joint venture parent companies as required to support resourcing requirements within Australia and Timor Leste (onshore and offshore).
- Facilitate the effective movement of candidates through the resourcing, onboarding and mobilisation processes as required by role.
- Provide advice and support to key stakeholders on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, including performance management, capability, discipline and grievance.
- Degree qualified in HR related or business management qualification.

- Will work to achieve required standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an HR environment.
