To help us achieve this, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Representative who can proactively reach out to potential customers and partners, generate leads, and successfully convert them into long-term relationships.   • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers and partners in the tech and startup ecosystem.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and present recruitment solutions that meet the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in tech recruitment, either in a sales or recruitment-focused role.
  • Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with the tech and startup landscape, and an ability to engage with decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
